In 2011 I had the chance to work on a data visualization of the human genome in the context of my bacherlor thesis in biological sciences. 

It was later exhibited as an interactive touch screen exhibit at Ars Electronica Festival 2014.

In the exhibt you can explore 24.000 genes and see genetic expression data corelated to their positions in the genome. 

In addtion 250.000 lines indicate interactions on proteomic and genomic levels.
